You might be surprised to know that I’m not anti-coffee but I’m also not PRO-coffee either. It depends on YOU and your constitution and health status.

Some people may thrive on coffee but unfortunately, I am not one of them. For 25 years I did not have even one cup of the brew as a result of medical advice I received. Three years ago, I started drinking coffee again and two years later, my stomach, liver and intestinal problems returned with a vengeance. Realizing what was happening, I stopped drinking coffee and thankfully I am now feeling ‘normal’ again.

Maybe you have an allergy or intolerance for something in coffee. It is not for everyone, glad you feel normal again!
